- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) may be required to secure the booking.
- Final designs must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event date.
- Full payment is required before production or collection.
- Design changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated depending on schedule.

- All prices displayed on our website are in Pound Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full via our secure checkout system at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to update prices or correct typographical errors without prior notice.
- Promotional discounts or coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.
7. Delivery and Collection
- We offer delivery for large cakes only, eg. three-tier cakes, subject to a delivery fee.
- Delivery dates and times are subject to availability and may vary based on order volume.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery addresses and for receiving the order at the agreed time.
- Once items are delivered or collected in good condition, Vjay Cakes is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or improper storage.

In summary:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided preparation has not begun.
- Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, refunds are not available once production has commenced.
- For incorrect or faulty items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for review and resolution.

While we take great care in handling ingredients, our kitchen handles nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Customers must inform us in advance of any severe allergies.
