Delivery & Pick-Up Policy – Vjaycakes
At Vjaycakes, we offer delivery for select cake types within the Bexley area. Please confirm availability and delivery options with us before placing your order.
If a third-party courier is used to deliver your cake, Vjaycakes cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or any issues that may occur during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s delivery address and contact details are accurate. Vjaycakes will not be liable for failed deliveries or losses resulting from incorrect information provided.
For Pick-Up Orders:
We advise that cakes be taken directly to their final destination after collection. Please avoid making additional stops or errands to maintain the quality and structure of your cake. Once you arrive home, store the cake in the refrigerator immediately.
